Let the map interview you

Run a guided interview the agent leads, or write one of your own.

Run a guided interview#

A guided interview is a set of questions the agent asks you a batch at a time, then turns your answers into a map. Ready-made interviews are in the menu, for example Project kickoff, Year in review and Make a decision.

On the dashboard, press scenario and choose an interview; a new map opens with the agent asking. Each row shows how long the interview is, in steps, or "free" when it would spend none of your AI allowance. Answer in the chat, which shows the step you are on. Your answers are recorded as you give them, so an interrupted interview picks up where it stopped. When every question is answered, the agent says what it is about to build and waits for your yes.

Each step is a turn with the agent, so an interview spends your AI allowance. Write your own… at the bottom of the menu opens the editor in Settings ▸ Skills & Scenarios. Set Kind to Scenario, write the Instructions the agent follows, list the answers it must collect in Checklist (for example "goal, audience, deadline") and set Agent steps: how many agent turns a whole run takes, from 1 to 120, roughly two per question. That number is the length the menu shows.

The same interviews run in Telegram: /scenario lists them, /scenario and a name starts one, /continue picks it up again and /stop pauses it (the commands).

Run the agent on a schedule#

A schedule is an instruction the agent carries out on one map without you there, on the days and at the times you choose. In the map's toolbar press More ▸ Map settings…, open Schedules and fill in New schedule:

  1. Write the Instruction the agent follows, as you would in the chat.
  2. Under When, tick the days of the week and add up to 6 times of the day.
  3. Leave Notify me when it finishes ticked if you want to hear about a good run; a run that fails always notifies you.
  4. Press Create.

Each run writes into the map's own chat like a turn you sent, so what it did, or why it stopped, is there when you come back, and Recent runs lists them. Every run spends your AI allowance. A schedule stays within 28 runs a week, and after 3 failed runs in a row it pauses itself; Resume turns it on again. Pause and Delete are on each schedule's card. How many schedules a plan allows is on the plans page.

Let the product ask you first#

The Telegram bot asks about two blocks on a map that are not linked, weekly or daily, in the chat you wrote to last. Answering draws the link. /reminders in Telegram sets how often, and the day and hour are in Settings ▸ Telegram (how it works).
