block style
Make the risky block red.
Open any block, whoever wrote it: you, the agent in the map's chat or Claude Code over MCP. The block's panel starts with how it looks: Fill, Line, Size and Type.
Each change shows on the map at once; there is no Save button. The panel works the same on the canvas, where you place blocks, and on the graph.
Fill and Line take a colour from the row or any colour you pick. Size runs from S, the smallest a block can be, to XL; blocks the agent builds start at M. Set Type to Parent, and the block becomes a heading; the blocks connected under it take its colour.
Press “Copy style” on one block and “Paste style” on another, and the second matches the first. It starts folded: press “Appearance” at the top of the panel to open it.
presets
7 ready presets, and your own.
A preset sets a whole map's look: its palette, its block sizes and the shape its blocks take. Pick one from the preset bar in the map's chat, or in its settings. The menu previews the map each one would give before you pick.
It changes blocks added from then on, and leaves the blocks already there as they are.
It also tells the agent how many levels to build and which kinds of block to use.
For your own, tune a map under “Look & shape” in its settings and press “Save preset”. It can carry your own instructions for the agent, and you can pick it on any of your maps.
In the preset menu
arrange
Straighten a crowded map in one press.
Press Arrange and pick a shape: every block moves into it, and the map remembers that shape.
Shapes that use your connections lay each block out by what it hangs from. The others ignore connections: a grid, a single row, or your own columns with the gaps closed. Spacing runs from Tight to Airy.
“Keep this map arranged” puts the map back into its shape whenever its connections change. New maps start with it on. Ask the agent to arrange, and it re-applies the shape you chose.
In the map's settings, you can pick a shape without moving anything. Blocks move to it the next time you press Arrange, and the agent places new blocks by it.
Uses your connections
Ignores connections
by hand
One press colours every branch.
A colour for each branch
“Colour map” → “Branches” gives each top-level branch its own colour, and every block and connection under it follows. Press it again to reshuffle. It repaints colours you set by hand too, and “Clear colours” removes every fill, border and connection colour.
A sketch on the map
Draw on a blank sheet with a pen, lines, rectangles and ellipses. The drawing lands on the map as a picture. “Edit drawing” reopens it with every stroke, so you can add more.
Every press can be taken back
“Colour map” and Arrange take a snapshot of the whole map before they change anything. One Ctrl+Z undoes the press, and History keeps the snapshot if you change your mind later.
Outside your AI allowance
Styling, colouring and arranging spend none of it, on every plan.
The agent's map follows your preset.
So a map it builds looks like your other maps, in your palette and your shape.
Pick a preset, then ask for a map.
Presets, branch colours and Arrange all work on your first map.
